Incidentally, if you go to the compatible systems link at the bottom of the download page, it does not list Windows Server I have no idea..
I got around it by installing windows using the "SBUU 5. Obviously not a good solution but I don't see anyother way provided by Dell. If you find a better solution please post it here. Judging from what I've seen, that's to be expected with this vintage of server since all of its internals are listed as being supported.
